Kaku is in the Rams squad to face Millwall this afternoon but the Derby manager George Burley has indicated that the 26-year old may have to return to Lancashire so that his side can bring in defensive reinforcements.
"The Millwall game is the last of Blessing's loan and we'll see how things go before making a decision but our priority at the moment is to bring in a centre-back," said Burley.
The former Ashdod midfielder has made three appearances in all competitions for County since his arrival at Pride Park at the end of November.
