Reserves Take On Latics

Bolton Wanderers reserves will take on their Oldham Athletic counterparts this afternoon in what will be the first stage of this year's Manchester Senior Cup competition.

For anyone wishing to go along the game at Boundary Park will kick off at 2pm and the Bolton side will feature experienced faces such as Florent Laville and Andy Oakes as well as a number of up and coming youngsters such as Ricky Shakes, Joey O'Brien, Bedi Buval and Ricardo Vaz Te.

Neighbours Oldham will include former Manchester United starlet Michael Clegg in their line up as well as the one time Barnsley full back Matty Appleby. Veteran goalkeeper Andy Marriott and midfielder David Lee are also given run outs as trialists.

Last November when the two sides faced each other in the competition it was the Latics who came out on top with a 3-1 win at the County Ground. Cleveland Taylor managing to get on the scoresheet for the Wanderers.
