Wigan v Bolton preview

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez welcomes back winger Albert Crusat and defender Steve Gohouri for Saturday's local derby.

Crusat sustained a knock in last month's Carling Cup defeat at Crystal Palace, whilst Gohouri was sent off on his first appearance of the season against Tottenham.

The Latics - who have lost their last four games - will also check on midfielder James McCarthy, who missed the Republic of Ireland's win over Armenia on Tuesday due to a bout of tonsillitis, whilst striker Hugo Rodellega is unlikely to be risked despite making good progress in his recovery from a knee injury.

Bolton goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen is expected to be fit for the game.

Jaaskelainen missed the 5-1 defeat to Chelsea due to a thigh problem but should return in place of Adam Bogdan, who was at fault for two of the Blues' goals in that game.

Gael Kakuta was ineligible against his parent club and is now available again, along with Ivan Klasnic and David Wheater, both of whom have completed suspensions.
