Bolton along with several other Premiership clubs have made late bids to sign Arsenal youngster Jeremie Aliadiere.

With a loan move to Celtic almost complete, Bolton along with Blackburn and Manchester City have made late approaches for the French U21 international.
Arsene Wenger has revealed that he wants to loan out the youngster on a temporary contract to gain first team experience with the deal costing around £500,000.

In other news, Bolton's hopes of signing Greek defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos have decreased due to the player still being registered with Panathinaikos.

Bolton and Rangers are chasing the Greece international, with claims this week that he is a free agent.

Pana spokesman Theologos Alexandratos said, "In Greek football, a club has the right to renew a player's contract if it chooses and this contract is already signed.

"The player himself knew this when he signed three years ago, that the club would be able extend it by another year after three years.

"This is what has happened and this is the law in Greece. The player is registered with Panathinaikos."
