Trotters In Arsenal's Sub-conscious Says Big Sam

The Bolton boss believes Arsene Wenger has not helped Arsenal's cause by moaning about other clubs being over-physical.

Allardyce said: "It is not that long ago that we completely overcame them for the first time and that is in their sub-conscious now.

"We had achieved good results against them before but, this time, we dominated from start to finish and barely allowed them a look-in, let alone a chance of getting a result.

"They find it tough to come here and that is a factor we need to try to take advantage of.

"Arsenal are not as physical as they used to be, especially away from home.

"That is a reason they are not enjoying the success they used to away from Highbury."

Meanwhile, Bolton manager Sam Allardyce believes the club will miss out on Spanish defender Cesar.

The Deportivo centre back has been in talks with Bolton over a possible move but Allardyce believes there is not enough time to complete the deal.

"I would like to sign Cesar but there have been difficulties with negotiations," he told Bolton's official website.

"It is unlikely, but I will keep trying to make it happen before the month is out."
