Bolton Wanderers defender Emerson Thome has been ruled out of the local derby game with Manchester City in two weeks time having picked up his fifth booking of the season during Saturday's 2-2 draw with Liverpool at the Reebok Stadium.

The Brazilian was booked for arguing with the referee Alan Wiley just as Liverpool where about to take a free kick and this now means that he becomes the latest in a number of players to serve a one match suspension due to cautions picked up during the season.

Nicky Hunt will miss tommorow's clash with Leicester City due to the fifth booking he picked up during the away semi final clash with Aston Villa three weeks ago, his place tommorow should be taken by the on-loan Jon Otsemobor who was an unused substitute during Saturday's clash against Liverpool.
