The Greek international beleives Villa will go all out to attack their Lancashire opponents during the Premiership clash between the two sides in a bid to prove that they are a better side than the one which lost convincingly by five goals to two in the cup tie which despite a tense second leg booked Wanderers their place in the final for only the second time in their history.
"They will have to prove that they could have gone to the final instead of us,” he told bwfc.co.uk.
“So they will try to overcome that disappointment by aiming to beat us. They’ll be looking to attack us for most of the game.”
