Seasiders Finally Complete Livesey Deal

Blackpool have finally completed the signing of Bolton Wanderers defender Danny Livesey after over two months of trying to secure the England U20 international to their squad.

The 19-year old looked set to join the Bloomfield Road club last month for a nominal fee but this was to be put on hold due to the fragile state of the Bolton squad but since then Bolton have bolstered their team with the signings of Julio Cesar, Fernando Hierro and Radhi Jaidi meaning that the Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce has allowed Livesey to make the switch across Lancashire on an initial loan deal to gain some first team football in a move which could be made permanent if the Salford born player impresses.

Livesey played for Blackpool as a trialist during Sunday's friendly defeat against Wigan Athletic and despite producing an average performance the Seasiders manager Colin Hendry has decided to take an extended look at his ex-Bolton team mate.
