QPR 0 Bolton 4- Kieron Dyer injured in thrashing

Last updated : 13 August 2011 By Daily Mail

The former West Ham midfielder was stretchered off with just seven minutes played, with sought-after centre-back Gary Cahill giving Owen Coyle's men the lead just before the break with a lethal strike.

It got worse for Neil Warnock's side on 67 minutes when Danny Gabbidon, another player signed on a free transfer from West Ham this summer, turned the ball past his own goalkeeper to double the lead.

Croatian forward Ivan Klasnic added a third three minutes later with a deflected shot and it was soon four when Fabrice Muamba ran onto a Klasnic pass to finish well.

QPR's frustration boiled over as Clint Hill was sent off in added time for an incident with Martin Petrov.
