Pressure Is On United - Nolan

Bolton midfielder Kevin Nolan insists that all the pressure will be on Manchester United when the two sides meet at Old Trafford on Boxing Day.

Both teams are in a contrasting run of form despite having been neck and neck on points in the Premiership table just six weeks ago. United are currently peaking in the title race having swept aside Crystal Palace at the weekend whilst the Wanderers are on the back of four straight defeats, but the Liverpool-born ace Nolan says that the Wanderers must draw on their past experiences if they are to halt their recent bad run.

"What a perfect opportunity to go to Manchester United away. There's no pressure on us, it's all on them. Bolton Wanderers haven't won in seven and Manchester United will be looking to catch up to Chelsea. Hopefully we can go there, do the business and go on from there." Nolan told the official site

"We'll take our past experiences from the few years when we first came up. It was like this week-in, week out. I know there's only a few players (left from then) but it's down to all of us to stick together. It's only us who got us into the mess so let us get ourselves out of it!" he added
