The 30-year old Nigerian was once again impressive in the Wanderers midfield and netted a fine free kick during the club's Carling Cup win over Liverpool at Anfield on the 3rd December.
Henrik Pedersen who had been on a good goalscoring run of late was the runner up whilst young defender Nicky Hunt and Simon Charlton tied in at third place.
It is the second time Okocha has been a winner of the award as last month fans voted for him as November's BoltonMAD player of the month.
