Bolton have issued a hands off warning to any club interested in signing Jay-Jay Okocha insisting the only club he wants to play for is Bolton Wanderers.
The Nigerian international has been linked with a possible move to Qatar and Bolton chairman Phil Gartside has moved quickly to deny any plans to release the club captain from his contract.
"It is nonsense that Jay-Jay wants to leave Bolton," Wanderers chairman Phil Gartside told the club's official website.
"He is under contract and is more than happy with life at the Reebok.
"He doesn't want to play for any other team but Bolton Wanderers."
