The Nigerian midfielder is usually seen as the star performer in the Wanderers team, but says that he has suffered as much as anyone during the Trotters slump in form which has seen them drop down the table at an alarming rate.
Okocha believes the whole team hasn't been performing well as a unit and has called for more consistency over the coming weeks - starting with the New Years Day contest against West Bromwich Albion.
"I've been performing very poorly recently and of course I've not been helping the team, We are a team and normally when one player plays badly the others tend to cover, but our problem is that we are not being consistent enough as a group." Okocha said
