"We have got a fantastic quartet of midfielders in the team and another fantastic four on the bench."
Bolton Wanderers midfielder Kevin Nolan would love to play for England one day, but admits he the odds are stacked against him receiving a call from Sven Goran Eriksson.Nolan said: "What people have got to realise is we have got a fantastic quartet of midfielders in the team and another fantastic four on the bench.
"I don't think it's a joke that I could play for England and it would be fantastic to get the call-up, but I know how difficult it's going to be.
"I understand why I have not got the call-up because there are so many fantastic players playing in the Premiership and abroad."
Nolan believes being involved regularly in the Barclays Premiership is just as important as being at a top team.
"I would not necessarily play every week at a bigger club," he said.
"These lads are playing week in, week out for Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Real Madrid and doing the business.
"I don't know what I will be doing in the summer yet, but I will definitely be supporting England."
