Nicky Gets U21 Call

Bolton Wanderers defender Nicky Hunt has been included in the England U21 squad to take on Ukraine in a friendly at the Riverside Stadium this Tuesday evening.

The 20-year old made his U21 bow for the Three Lions in a match against Holland in February and is set to continue his fine development at that level under the watchful eye of Peter Taylor who has just returned for his second spell in charge of young England.

Seven new players have a chance to stake their claim and they are Anton Ferdinand, Ian Westlake, Lee Camp, Darren Carter, Rob Clare, Matt Richards and Daniel Harding.
