The player's agent Francis Martin revealed, "Quinton has spoken to both clubs (City and Bolton), but no decision has been made as yet."
"There are also one or two Spanish clubs tracking Quinton.
"Quinton was very impressed with both Bolton and Man City after speaking to them.
"He had a good feeling with Stuart Pearce and he would have no problem crossing the (City-Man Utd) divide as he is a professional and only wants to play football.
"Quinton is determined to prove a lot of people wrong and show he is over his injuries."
Meanwhile, Bolton are also being linked with moves for Charlton's Jonathan Fortune and Liverpool anchorman Dietmar Hamann.
