Sam Allardyce is increasingly confident that Abdoulaye Faye will become a Bolton player. The Trotters have admitted that they were nervous over the Senegalese star's work-permit application but are now confident a loan deal can be secured.
"Faye looks a good prospect and we've been impressed with is effort during our time in Thailand," said Allardyce.
"We hope the work permit situation will sort itself out in the coming weeks. He will have to be given time to settle into the English lifestyle and the type of football we play here."
