The burly Tunisian stopper claimed he was happy to stay at The Reebok with the proviso of first-team on the cards.
Allardyce has confirmed the clubs are in talks, but says things are at an early stage and far from a deal being struck.
"There are talks on for Radhi at the moment," Allardyce told Sky Sports News.
"They're in their infancy, so we may see how that develops."
