Dacourt Looks To Italy

Former Leeds and Everton midfielder Oliver Dacourt is reportedly not interested in a move back to the Premiership.

This comes a day after the news that Bolton were in talks with the Frenchman over a permanent move to the Reebok Stadium. Dacourt is available on a free transfer from Roma and now Sevilla have entered the race for the cultured midfielders signature.

But both teams hopes of capturing Dacourt were dashed on Monday when agent Giorgio de Giorgis said: "After a small negative period at Roma, Olivier finds himself hugely happy in Italy and wants to remain here."

In other transfer news, Bolton are reportedly on the trail of Juventus defender Igor Tudor along with previously reported target Abdoulaye Diagne-Faye. Tudor played for Croatia in Euro 2004 and is highly rated in Italy while Lens midfielder Faye is thought to be only days away from signing for the Lancashire outfit.
