Derby County have signed 41 year old keeper Kevin Poole as a player/coach.
Poole has been looking for a new club since being released by Bolton at the end of last season and new Rams boss Phil Brown has snapped up the veteran stopper.
Brown who worked with Poole at The Reebok Stadium for four years has given the keeper the chance to move into coaching aswell as prolonging his current playing career.
"I worked with Kevin for four years at Bolton and I know that he'll be a real asset on the training ground," Brown told the club's official website.
"He's also useful to have around as back-up for the two Lees, but it's his coaching skills I'll be calling on.
"I like his attitude and his coaching philosophy."
