"At Bolton and Inter, Dennis will get many new impressions and test himself wth some of the best youth players in Europe," AGF youth coach Casper Bugge told Onside.dk.
Hoegh believes he developed as a player at Chelsea and is already looking forward to spells with both clubs.
"I feel that I learnt much from my trial at Chelsea and it is always good to experience a different football culture," said Hoegh.
"It will be good to test myself against other players."
