Bolton monitor Dani situation

Former Athletico Madrid winger Dani is reportedly being targeted by Bolton Wanderers following his release from the Spanish club at the end of last season, but both Celtic and Portsmouth have also emerged as strong contenders to sign the Portuguese ace.

Dani, real name Daniel Da Cruz Carvalho has been on trial with Celtic for the past week and sources in Glasgow claim that the 26-year old is close to a move to Parkhead, however both ourselves and Portsmouth have reportedly expressed an interest to take the player back to the Premiership where he spent the 1995-1996 season with West Ham United.

The former Portugal U21 international has also played for Sporting Lisbon, Benfica and Ajax
