Bolton Forward Davies Remains Confident

Kevin Davies believes that anything is possible if Bolton Wanderers manage to overcome Arsenal in the Quarter Finals of the FA Cup this weekend.

The 27-year old striker is eager to be involved against the Gunners this weekend and sees no reason why Bolton cannot progress further in the competition which they last won in 1958.

"It's a massive game for us," Davies said

"If we can get through to the semi-finals anything can happen then. We can turn our attentions fully on to this game now and see where we are next week. I think we will go into the game with confidence. I feel we can beat them.

"Everyone will be desperate to be involved against Arsenal. It's going to be a great game and we are all looking forward to it.

The bustling attacker hopes to put past disappointments with Chesterfield (1997) and Southampton (2003) behind him and focus on getting Bolton to their first FA Cup Final this century.

"I've had a couple of near misses in the past and they were difficult. It's the FA Cup final on the horizon and every English player wants to play in one."
