Trotters boss Owen Coyle has confirmed he wants to bring the winger to the Reebok but is unsure whether the club can afford his wages.Interest from mega-rich PSG could also mean the Trotters lose out in the race to sign him with the French giants said to be prepared to offer the former Chelsea man a lucrative package to seal the deal.Bolton will retain an interest in the 29-year-old, however, and the transfer could still go through before the window closes at the end of the month with Wright-Phillips thought to be keen to stay in the north-west.

Wigan Athletic and Stoke City have also expressed an interest in the winger and the battle is only set to intensify further for his signature in the next few weeks with PSG keen as well.
