Bolton End Fadiga Interest

Khalilou Fadiga will not be heading to Bolton Wanderers after the club failed to agree terms with the Senegal international.

The 29-year old had spent the last two weeks on trial with the Wanderers following his summer departure from Inter Milan but the Trotters manager Sam Allardyce has decided not to take up any further interest in the African midfielder.

Fadiga will now look to resurrect his career elsewhere possibly even back in Belgium where he made his name with Club Brugge back in the mid to late 1990's. Clubs in England such as Southampton have also been alterted to the players availability having tracked the player in previous years.

Agent Charles Collymore was unhappy with the conduct of Bolton after they pulled out of the agreement

"We had a verbal agreement and the club have gone back on it, The offer made was not acceptable for a player of his proven ability by a long way."
