Ba reports premature

Bolton Wanderers have confirmed that Ibrahim Ba is still on trial with the club following earlier reports to the contary which had suggested that the French World Cup winner hadn't been offered a contract.

The 30-year old midfielder was said to have been rejected by the Bolton Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce but now it is reported by the clubs official site that Allardyce has still to decide on whether to offer the ex-AC Milan, Marseille and Le Harve midfielder a contract.

A decision is expected later in the week.
