Reports suggest Wanderers are to follow up their interest in Rangers midfielder Brahim Hemdani.

The Frenchman has 18 months left on his contract and has been linked with a £2million move.

Man City midfielder Geovanni's move to Deportivo La Coruna has stalled.

Depor cannot agree a fee with City for the Brazilian - which could open the door to Bolton Wanderers snapping up the midfielder this month.

Contrary to reports, Bolton are still interested in Hearts striker Andrius Velicka.

The Scottish club value the 28-year-old at £3.75 million.

Meanwhile, Bolton and Birmingham are set to battle it out for winger Djamel Abdoun.

Abdoun, who plys his trade for Sedan, has been in great form this season and was watched by Premiership scouts against Niort last Friday night.
